Pan African ADR Center

Premier Aidoo College Ghana (PAC-Ghana) and Pan African ADR Center, since its establishment over a decade ago in Kumasi, within the Ashanti Region of Ghana has contributed immensely towards the professional development of both aspiring and practicing management personnel leveraging the content of some reputed global certificate awarding bodies. The college in recent years stepped into the law space where matured and administrative directors were enrolled and prepared to write and passed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies, an Institute of Commercial Management – ICM UK course, recognized by the OFQUAL and the NAB of United Kingdom and Ghana respectively. PAC-Ghana thus has a relationship with foreign awarding and academic bodies which includes the British Council, University of London, and Andrews University in Michigan UK and USA.

FOUR KEY AIMS OF THIS COURSE

  • An understanding of ADR and how it works to supports dispute resolutions.
  • The ability to describe the processes and procedure of ADR.
  • Ability to know and practice domestic, international, constructive adjudications and mediation via our face-to-face classroom meetings.

  • The will to acquire knowledge in the area of psychology to well interpret words and behavior and also with basic legal knowledge.
Undertaking this pathway does not require a law background and will benefit all who wishes to gain an understanding of arbitration, mediation and psychology. Successful completion of the course will give you the opportunity to settle disputes as an alternative to court adjudication, and after retirement as an ACCREDITED ARBITRATOR & MEDIATOR.
